I've been a customer of Chad Rutledge's office for about 5 years. I am so incredibly happy with their customer service and how quickly they get things taken care of and get me the information I need. I recently bought a new vehicle and was frequently calling the office for quotes and to adjust my policy. The receptionists are so pleasant every single time and quick and helpful. I would highly recommend Chad Rutledge! The rates are also very reasonable.
Chad has been awesome with my family. Sometimes he visits them just to check and see if everything is alright. After getting married, I decided to stay with Chad, and pulled my husband along with me. :) The ladies at the front desk have also been great at helping us with our insurance, and answering any questions that we have. When I got in an accident that totaled my last car, they helped us work through it, and communicated very professionally with us, and guided us through the process. Their prices are so reasonable, and definitely are do-able on a very tight budget. They are willing to work with you to get what you want in coverage and do very well at their job. Others that we've talked to about insurance aren't nearly as low as ours, even in the same circumstances as we are. Quality service at a price that doesn't break your wallet. We definitely recommend to others around us who are looking for insurance.
I didn't have trouble for a while but the last 6 months they haven't been great. My family had multiple cars on their own policies; they kept putting my brothers car and motorcycle under one of ours. We would call, correct it and then it would happen again to another person. My brother cancelled his insurance with them and now MONTHS later they put my brother's motorcycle under my sister's policy without telling her. Why would you change something like that without any contact with the customer? He doesn't even have insurance with them anymore. Their rates have also gotten much too expensive. 90$ a month for liability for a '93. I have friends that use Chad Rutledge and they have no complaints. It must be a case by case thing.
They used to have excellent customer service. Yesterday, they lost my business. My car gets older and my premium continues to go up. I wanted to discuss my policy and looking for ways to save more money, if that was possible, and all I got was an argument. I love State Farm, but this agency has lost my business.
