This location is right next to my work so I come here all the time, however, this time wasn't the best. I got the spicy deluxe through the drive-through, it was fairly busy, but Chick-fil-A was as a good job about getting the line done in a timely manner. The service is great and quick much of the same as you expect However, the fries I can't even say were warm and importantly my chicken was very thin like it came from McDonald's. It says not when they expect from Chick-fil-A for $10 sandwich.
Last time I came here, I had a curbside mobile order where all it said a team member was on the way and 10 minutes later my food came out cold without any of the sauces ordered. This time, after long wait times, the portion sizes of my dishes were wildly different. I love Chick-fil-A, I'd rather drive further to one that consistently gives good service than one that is consistently under performing.
Even with a long line of customers in front of me, the wait was very short, as the line moved quickly. The personnel were very cheerful and made you feel welcome. As usual, the food was excellent. It is a bit pricy, but so good. I love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Definitely the best chicken available today.
Seriously one of my favorite fast food joints! My favorite thing to get there is their basic chicken sandwich with one of their seasonal milkshakes. (Love the peach shake!) They've streamlined their drive thru to keep things moving swiftly and have quick, friendly service. There are always a lot of people there when we go, because it's just THAT good!
Ordered large combos. Got medium amount of fries. Expensive food to get shorted on your order. This is after 3 prior visits having major errors in our order.
