Braden does a great job at making sure you are getting the right policy that you need. A lot of other companies don't help you the way Braden does, not only did I get what I needed, but he makes it easy! I would totally recommend working with him!
Braden and his team helped us get a better deal on our homeowners insurance and both of our vehicles—which is surprising because normally I just used the online automatic sign ups and no customer service. He was able to add our jewelry to the policy and answer a lot of questions I had on earthquake insurance. They were very helpful and super responsive. I'd highly recommend them!
I have had Braden as my insurance agent for years and have never been disappointed. They are there for you no matter what and seriously jump through hoops to help you. Everyone in the office is so friendly and truly cares about their customers and how they are doing. They build rapport with their customers and check in on how they are doing. When I was in a bad car wreck they checked to see if I was okay and were by my side through the entire recovery which took a couple years to see any progress but they were right by my side as patient as ever. Just wonderful human beings all around! Thank you all for everything you do for me!
