We have been with Earl for a few years now and he is by far the best insurance agent we have had! He and his team are so helpful and easy to work with! I just text a picture of the VIN to our new vehicle we need added to the insurance, and everything is taken care of. Most importantly they have a personal touch and I feel that they truly care. They reach out on holidays and birthdays and I feel like a part of the family. Earl also reaches out to me and sets up periodic meetings to go over our insurance. He is honest about what do and do not need and I don’t ever feel pressured to upgrade anything. I would definitely recommend Earl and his team to anyone out there!
Earl Stevens is our Farmers Insurance agent. He is very knowledgeable about the details of our policy and explains our policy so that we can understand it. He has many years of experience. He recently drove an hour from his office to our home to meet with us to review our policy. In the last year we had to make a claim on our home owners policy due to a severe hail storm. We needed our roof and rain gutters replaced. The claim was handled promptly and professionally. We received the reimbursement quickly and without any hassle.
