Insurance? Look elsewhere. Farmers has to be the bottom of the barrel when it comes to insurance. I was so sad when they bought MetLife. MetLife was awesome but when I was switched back to Famers after Farmers purchased MetLife I was right back to subpar service. Don’t for a minute think you have an agent that will help you or even one you can talk to. Zero communication. I have never been so dissatisfied with an individual agent like this before. Look elsewhere if you are considering Farmers.
