South Jordan Buy Local is a program run by the South Jordan Chamber of Commerce and BP Media. It is also sponsored by The South Jordan Journal. Went into the office to try and add another vehicle to my policy. Not only did the vehicle get covered but they found ways to help me save money with different options. Not many times have I been happy to leave an insurance agent. But definitely was happy about this. Lisa and her team are awesome.

Every time I needed to make a change or had a question she was the one I would speak to and always quick to respond . I called last week to add a driver and a new gal called me back. Call me old fashioned but I would like some personal interaction with my Agent. We canceled our Policy, actually saving us a ton of money and I got the customer service I prefer.

I've spoken with a few employees and it appears that their entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very valued and important to Lisa, her team, and to Allstate. They never return my call. I called a few times the past year, which is also my first year with them. Whenever they missed my call, I left a voice message with my name and number and had my phone with me anytime just in case I missed the call. But I got nothing and I had to call again a few days later, which is annoying. They don't even reply to my email. However, if they do answer my call, they gives 5 star services. The staffs are super nice and friendly and strives to address any concerns. Price-wise, allstate is pretty expensive and they increase the premium every cycle. I decided to look elsewhere and got half price quotes with almost the same coverages at multiple other companies that have good reviews.
