I've been a member of this bank for a long time and always receive great customer service every time I visit. I specifically want to point out my visit to the South Jordan branch yesterday. Bryan helped me out and did an amazing job with getting some things figured out for me and updating an account of mine. He clearly explained what new offers they have as far as future builder and money market accounts. He was very patient and answered all my follow up questions. I was able to make a better decision for my money and switch my account with all of this information. Thank you so much for helping me out Bryan!

I have been going to this branch for years and the quality of service is impeccable either through the drive through or in the Lobby. In fact, when I go inside, they all make me feel so welcome; specially Rhonda. She always has a smile, is very pleasant to service my multiple transactions and makes me feel so welcome to be there. Thank you all for your service and specially Rhonda, even when I call, you are so very willing to help and served my accounts. It feels so good to be welcome!!!
I had signed up before with a loan. This time i was moving my whole account. It was easy, including getting my debit card. It was actually less than a half hour to get it all done!
We had fraud on our account! AJ Hyde helped us so much! It was such a stressful day closing one account opening another figuring out how to do my payroll and just being so upset about money stolen! She reassured me that everything would work out! Introduced me to the whole team and really made me feel that they were all working for me! I will always come to her for any question about my business needs! I left knowing my account was safe and nothing to worry about! I will send everyone to this branch!
